CONVERSION & CUSTOMER JOURNEYS

Make more of the traffic you have.

People visit your website but leave before taking action. The funnel tells you where they drop off, but not which improvements deserve investment.

The practical outcome

A prioritised experiment backlog and an instrumented conversion journey. Evaluate completion rate, qualified enquiries and revenue per visitor; improvements are hypotheses, not guarantees.

What we deliver

  • Review of one conversion journey, up to five pages
  • Analytics event plan and implementation
  • Implementation of two prioritised UX changes
  • One experiment setup with analysis guide and handover

Project investment

Estimated delivery: 2–4 weeks · 60 hours. The example below is a planning estimate, not a fixed-price implementation quote. We confirm scope and a cost cap before work begins.

The entry package is a separate engagement and is not included in this implementation estimate. These are proposed commercial rates, not verified market benchmarks.

Scope & assumptions

Existing website code access, one analytics property, consent controls already available and sufficient traffic for any experiment. One stakeholder review and one consolidated revision round are included in the implementation estimate. Acceptance criteria are agreed at kickoff.

What’s not included

  • Full redesign, copywriting programme or brand identity
  • Paid acquisition management
  • Guaranteed uplift or statistical significance within the project

Additional integrations, revisions or requirements need written approval and are charged at the role rates above. Ongoing support is separately scoped.
